Establishing Four Mile Brewing was a dream-come-true for three Olean craft beer enthusiasts. The brewery is located in the same premises which were once home to the Olean Brewing Company which closed down during the dark days of the Prohibition. Four Mile Brewing now has the privilege to bring brewing back to Olean. The brewery is located on site and visitors are welcome to take a tour to see how the beer is produced, from milling the malt in the mill room to tasting the final product as it leaves the bright tanks. As you enjoy a couple of the beers available on tap you can tuck into a tasty flatbread, sandwich or quesadilla.
