Built in 1959 by the City on the old Erie Canal, the Utica Memorial Auditorium takes advantage of a central location and showcases its diversity. It continues today to be a premier entertainment venue in New York, hosting a wide variety of local, state, and national entertainment programming that ranges from family shows to concerts to sports. Just a few of the numerous performers who have taken the stage at Utica Memorial Auditorium include Kenny Rogers, ZZ Top, Bruce Springsteen, The Grateful Dead, Phish, Avenged Sevenfold, and Godsmack.
