Review & FAQ:

Nyack Beach State Park is a lovely 61-acre state bark in Upper Nyack, sandwiched between the banks of the Hudson River and the massive cliffs of the Palisades. The park is part of the Palisades Interstate Park system, which also includes the beautiful Hook Mountain, Rockland Lake, and Haverstraw Beach State Parks. Since 1980, it has been designated as a National Natural Landmark. Visitors can enjoy excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing along the park's gorgeous two-mile stretch of the Hudson River Valley Greenway. Fishing, kayaking, and windsurfing are popular activities along the river's beachfront shoreline. Hawks, raptors, and other birds of prey are often visible from the park's beaches.
