C&B is a basic café just south of Tompkins Square Park that serves breakfast bowls and lunch bites and a variety of coffee drinks. Hailed as possibly serving the best breakfast sandwich in the neighborhood, City of Saints is owned by Chef Ali Sahin who brews house-roasted from scratch to produce a variety of coffee drinks including cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, americanos, and single and double shot espressos, as well as specialty drinks like pour-overs and Chemex. Signature bites include mouthwatering sandwiches such as scrambled eggs with a housemade chorizo patty with on a fresh brioche roll and egg, cheddar cheese, and housemade merguez sausage on a flaky croissant.
