Partners Coffee is a Brooklyn roastery and coffee shop that serves gourmet coffee and offers coffee education classes. Formerly known as Toby’s Estate, which was founded by attorney-turned-barista Toby Smith in 1997, Partners Coffee is now helmed by Australian couple Amber Jacobsen and Adam Boyd and offers locally-roasted coffee from thoughtfully-sourced beans to drink in or take home in bright packaging. The café serves a selection of freshly baked pastries and sandwiches and has a Partners Brew School that offers a wide range of brewing for people wanting to learn how to make the perfect cup of coffee in a variety of methods.
