The park features a Little Red Lighthouse, the only lighthouse in Manhattan, which served as the Palisades and Hudson River’s lookout spot. The barbecue areas are meant for smaller groups, a party of more than 20 requires a special events permit. The park also has dog-friendly areas, baseball/softball fields, handball, basketball, and tennis courts, plus playgrounds.
