Located at the Hasbrouck House, an 18th-century Dutch Colonial mansion formerly known as the Inn at Stone Ridge, Butterfield Restaurant is a New American restaurant serving a seasonally changing menu of cuisine prepared with locally sourced organic ingredients. Featuring two elegant dining rooms and a charming bluestone patio, Butterfield serves brunch and dinner daily and can seat up to 100 guests for both indoor and outdoor dining. A chef’s table hosts special meals for private functions and celebrations, and a cozy club room lounge and a bar are ideal places for a quiet drink before or after dinner. The full-service bar serves a range of beverages including regional beer, cider and spirits, fine wines from around the world, handcrafted spirits, and Irving Farm Coffee. Butterfield Restaurant is open for dinner only, seven nights a week.
