Signature dishes include Classic French Onion Soup gratinée with aged Gruyère, Grilled Bistro Steak Frites Lyonnaise with Meridian steak sauce, and Seared Sea Scallop Risotto with wild foraged mushrooms. The cuisine is accompanied by an extensive selection of fine wines from around the world, craft beers and microbrews, top-shelf spirits and classic cocktails.
