Inspired by the ancient farmhouses found on these farms where everything, from tools to live animals, is housed, the restaurant serves a menu of classic Italian dishes that are created from the freshest natural ingredients harvested from both land and sea, and that showcase the region's simple, authentic style of cooking, which is an integral part of the Masseria culture.
