George Inn has been a local landmark in Vernon since 1872. The Inn suffered several damaging fires during its long existence and there have also been several renovations and additions to the original historic Inn and tavern. The inn serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner daily and there is a very extensive menu with something to please even the pickiest eater. Breakfasts include a variety of Benedicts, omelets, eggs to order, waffles and pancakes.
