Cape May Brewing was founded in 2011 by Chris Henke, and father and son Bob and Ryan Krill, bringing delicious craft beer to the beloved New Jersey seaside resort city. All beers are brewed on site at the company's Rio Grande and brewery, including year-round flagship brews like its Cape May IPA, Devil's Reach Belgian Ale, Cape May Lager, Always Ready Northeast Ale, and Honey Porter. The company's tap room is open to the public daily, offering a spacious beer garden area and draft pours of all of the company's brews. Interactive guided tours are available daily, with self-guided tours permitted any time the brewery is open. Though the taproom does not serve its own food, guests are welcome to bring their own food in from a number of area restaurants.

Flounder Brewing Company is a nano-brewery in Hillsborough in Somerset County, New Jersey that was founded by Jeremy Lees as a homebrewing hobby and has grown to become a successful small batch business. Opened to the public in 2013, Flounder Brewing Company was one of the first nano breweries in New Jersey, producing an estimated 50 barrels of beer per year, with signature beers including its signature Hill Street Honey Ale, an unfiltered American pale ale, and the year-round Murky Brown, an American Brown Ale, and Saison du Flounder, a farmhouse ale. The brewery also produces two seasonal releases - a spiced pumpkin amber ale called Floundering Pumpkin, which released in the fall, the Gingerbread Brown, a spiced brown winter ale to enjoy in the colder winter months. The brewery is open for tastings and fills Thursday through Sunday.

Flying Fish Brewing Company is the largest producer of craft beer in the state and features a 45,000-square-foot brewing facility, a low-key tasting room, and a wide range of award-winning beer. Located in Somerdale, the brewery is one of the most familiar of Jersey beer brands, producing 25,000 barrels of beer per year in a variety of styles, including the Jersey Turnpike-inspired Exit Series.
