Spyglass Brewing was started by four people: John, Jonas, Joe, and AV. After careers in engineering and technology, they now apply the values of trial and error, attention to detail, and experimentation they had learned to Brewing unique and enjoyable beers. While IPAs, both IPA and double IPA, are Spyglass Brewing Company’s strong point, they also brew a variety of traditional European lagers, sours, and stouts among other types of beers. Visitors to the Nashua taproom will find a full-service restaurant and both indoor and outdoor seating for sampling a rotating selection of Spyglass brews available on tap or in cans.
