Seven Birches Winery is a winery located within the RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain. The winery produces hand-crafted wines created from classical European varieties of grapes as well as other fruits that are sourced locally. The winery has a production facility and tasting room that are both open daily. When you arrive at the tasting room, you can sample five of the wines from their current tasting menu along with a set of tasting notes to guide your journey. If you’d like to learn more about how the wines are made, you can book one of their Meet the Winemakers tours to get a tour of the winery and be able to learn about the process directly from a winemaker.
