Located in the IP Casino Resort Spa, Tien is a plush, AAA Four Diamond-rated restaurant that specializes in Pan-Asian cuisine. Designed to provide a multicultural, culinary experience, the restaurant offers a wide variety of cuisine ranging from fresh, made-from-scratch sushi, sashimi and nigiri, shabu-shabu, dim sum, and interactive table-side teppanyaki. Signature small plates include crab Rangoon, lobster dumplings, freshly shucked oysters, and miso soup, followed by entrées of house specialty sushi and sashimi, whole Dungeness crab, live Maine lobster, and Beijing barbecued duckling. A full-service bar has an extensive menu of fine wines from around the world, which can be enjoyed by the glass or bottle, craft beers on tap or by the bottle, and handcrafted cocktails. Tien is open for dinner, Friday through Tuesday.
