Set within the Beau Rivage Resort, the Pan-Asian restaurant features Zen-inspired décor with bamboo accents and hanging lanterns and exudes a stylish and sophisticated ambiance. Jia delivers a creative menu of regional favorites bursting with tastes and flavors from around Asia, such as sizzling platters of fresh seafood, expertly prepared meats, traditional handmade nigiri, maki, temaki and sashimi, and several noodles and rice specialties. Expert personal chefs dazzle as they prepare teppanyaki dishes and other exotic dishes, and the full-service bar offers a selection of libations including hot and cold sake.
