The Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company began roasting excellent brews of coffee more than fifteen years ago. With its flagship coffee shop in Midtown Detroit at the corner of Alexandrine and Woodward, the cafe serves a variety of coffee beverages, as well as an assortment of food options, cocktails, wine, and beer. The Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company also has locations in downtown Detroit in the Cobo Center and in Bloomfield Hills, next door to the Maple Theater. The coffee shop provides the people of Detroit with a late night option for coffee, open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
