Just for You.” The owned of the coffee shop believes that quality coffee roasts begin “with the bean,” making sure the specialty coffee beans used in every cup of coffee they serve are “grown, picked, processed, selected, transported, and stored with great care.” With locations in several major cities, the Roasting Plant offers coffee that is always brewed to order. The Detroit location is open Monday through Thursday from 6:00am-7:30pm, Fridays from 6:00am-9:00pm, Saturdays from 7:00am-9:00pm, and Sundays from 8:00am-7:00pm.
