Trey Bernhardt has been working Maryland's waterways as a commercial crabber since he was 13 years old. At his restaurant, the focus is firstly on fresh, quality seafood and the accompanying side dishes. Secondly, his sauces and batters have been developed to bring out the flavor of the seafood, not compete with it. These recipes are closely guarded secrets. Crabs are the house specialty. They are sold as small, medium or large, in pairs, by the dozen or in bushels. Weekday specials include sandwiches, baskets and subways. Platters are available for off-site functions.
