Blue Hill Mountain is an excellent destination in Blue Hill, Maine for hiking enthusiasts. Seven different trails converge on the summit, which offers expansive views of the coast. The trails range from easy to challenging, with the Hayes Trail perhaps being the most difficult, with a climb up a stone stairway and a steep slope. For an easier hike through the forest, visitors can choose the Becton Trail or the Osgood Trail, both an easy to moderate hike. The Becton Trail in particular offers views of the Great Pond Mountain and Toddy Pond, while the Osgood Trail is just one mile long.
