Located in the 21c Museum Hotel, Proof on Main is one of Louisville’s trendiest new restaurants. Boasting a whopping 9,000 square feet of space, the restaurant boasts a truly unique design, with exposed brick, cherry blossom wallpaper, champagne colored booths, white-linen topped tables, and unique Native American artwork. Its stylish elegance highlighted by opulent chandeliers and romantic red LED lighting make it an ideal place for a date night. Executive Chef, Mike Wajda has created unique, modern, and accessible cuisine that is both approachable and comforting utilizing only the freshest and finest ingredients Kentucky has to offer.
