Tucked away in the basement of the Ambassador Hotel on Broadway Street, Dockum Apothecary focuses on craft cocktails and a classic, dimly-lit, laid-back ambiance that is hard to beat. The bar serves handcrafted specialty cocktails made with fresh ingredients and premium liquors with signature cocktails like the El Kabaong, the Peruvian Princess, and the Old Smokin’ Cody. Small sharing plates of cured charcuterie, roasted nuts, olives and lebna with pita can be ordered to snack on with the cocktails. The Dockum Apothecary is open Monday through Saturday nights.
