The Temple Theater is found in the Temple for Performing Arts, on the second floor, and is one of the city’s most intimate venues for performances. This theater, along with a handful of other spaces in the Des Moines performing arts center, can be rented for a variety of private events, such as wedding ceremonies and receptions. Brides and their bridesmaids can get ready and relax in the Bridal Suite with sofa chairs and couch, cable television, clothing racks, fridge, full-length mirrors, and more. The Groom’s Room includes a long table, soda fridge, clothing rack, sofa chairs, and mirrors.
