Review & Frequenly Asked Questions:

Established near Madison, Indiana, Clifty Falls State Park has entrances off of State Road 62 and State Road 56. Hiking during the spring or winter seasons, visitors will find the falls to be their best, however, the canyon and creek display rugged splendor and great scenery throughout the entire year. Fossil remnants can be found across the stony bed of Clifty Creek, and while fossil collecting within the park isn’t allowed, there are collecting locations nearby. In addition to taking in the views of the falls, other activities at Clifty Fall State Park include hiking, picnicking, the Nature Center, and more.
