Maurice’s Coach House is an intimate studio cottage with a modern open-plan design. The coach house contains a king bed, a small sitting area with an HDTV and DVD player, and a kitchenette with a small fridge, a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. A double-sided propane fireplace is a special feature of this cottage. The stunning bathroom is paved with river stones, has a large shower, and a separate whirlpool tub with a window. Outside, guests can sit on the front or back porch under the Texas stars or sun.
The Ranch House cottage is the biggest of the four, and contains three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and is over 2,000 square feet. Indoors guests can sit around the wood-burning fireplace, watch TV, and enjoy the modern art and contemporary furnishings. The bedrooms have king beds. Most guests will spend their time outdoors soaking in the private eight-person jetted cedar hot tub in the woods behind the cottage, or chatting around the large fire pit. A covered parking area comes with the cottage.
The Sage Hill Inn has two elegant suites for guests of the hotel.
The Nance Suite occupies the entire third floor of one of the inn’s buildings, giving its guests panoramic views of the hill country and the city of Austin.
