Review:
The CREATE Council on the Arts is the main body for arts performance and arts education in the Catskill region. Established more than 40 years ago, the council has a rich history of providing entertaining and informative performances for the community as well as advocating for important causes on a larger scale.
The organization also runs a youth arts program that produces live shows and artwork for the public to enjoy. CREATE Council on the Arts has ongoing exhibits, performances, and events that are often held at its Catskill office and performance center.
