Run by a trio of family members, namely Chef Joe Sparatta, who creates the delectable dishes on the menu, his wife, Emilia, who takes command of the front of the house, and her brother, award-winning bartender Mattias Hägglund, Heritage offers guests an unrivaled fine dining experience.
