The menu features an array of vegan or gluten-free corn tacos with mouthwatering fillings such as creamy kale and potato with pickled onions, poblano crema, pepper jack cheese, green sauce, skillet corn, a cilantro-lime crema, Monterey Jack, and Sun Gold tomatoes.
