Westquay Shopping Center is a large shopping center with over 800,000 square feet of retail space featuring over 130 shops, including 90 major brand stores such as Coast, John Lewis, M&S, River Island, and Zara. Situated in the city center, close to the docks, the center has several entrances on Harbour Parade, on Portland Terrace, and the main High Street and offers ample parking in a covered multi-story car park. The building is heated by a centralized plant that draws heat from an underground aquifer, converts it into geothermal energy, and distributes it throughout a district heating scheme.
