Named after Edmon’s 1934 City Manager, Fred M. Stephenson, Stephenson Park is a lovely place to visit for individuals, pairs, and families to enjoy outdoor recreation and relaxation in the city. With its tree-lined grounds beckoning visitors in, Stephenson Park is 3.57 acres large with several highlights and amenities to enjoy. Guests to the park can enjoy a game of tennis or croquet on its public courts, visit a beautiful and elaborate rock garden, or explore the small creek run-off. Stephenson Park is also home to three WAP projects such as the Edmond Armory, the American legion Hut, and the Stone Walls and Bridges.
