Mulot et Petitjean is one of the oldest gingerbread and confectionary factories and shops in Dijon. As a matter of fact, it is one of the few companies in all of France to last over two centuries. The company has a long history that dates back to 1796, but the Gothic Revival-style building it’s housed in goes back even further to the late 14th century. Over the years the building as well as the gingerbread business have passed through many hands and family members, but its prospering reputation for having innovative and delicious gourmet concoctions have remained the same. You’ll be able to tour the factory, take in the historic experience at their in-house museum, and feast on delicious treats at the store.
