A romantic brunch is a perfect way to end the weekend, and De La Tierra is known for their Sunday brunch that includes live music, free valet parking, and cocktails. The chefs use local ingredients to highlight regional New Mexico flavors. Guests can dine in the formal dining room or outside amongst the gardens. The menu will vary depending on fresh, seasonal ingredients that are available. De La Tierra is part of El Monte Sagrado Living Resort and Spa. Guests of the resort can order room service from De La Tierra. There are small plates as well as full entrees available for lunch and dinner.
