Miner Brewing Company opened in 2013 with the goal of creating craft beers to enjoy on a regular basis. The beer is made with local ingredients and the water on-site. There are dozens of traditional year-round brews along with seasonal unique flavors and the brewmaster, Sandi, is also a winemaker. You can check the brews on tap via the Miner Brewing Company website at any time. At the time of writing, they include a non-alcoholic 1919 Root Beer in addition to Miner brews like Mango Cream Ale, Pineapple Perry, Rose Hip Cider, Experimental Weiz 02, Irish Red Ale, Oktoberfest, West River Pale Ale, and Dr. Valentine. In the taproom, you can get a tasting flight with six 4-ounce glasses or opt for a 16-ounce pint, a 32-ounce growlette, or a 64-ounce growler.

Those who love the brews can join the Miner Brewing Beer Club to get discounts on drinks and merchandise and other benefits. The taproom in the Black Hills has views of Black Elk Peak and the Miner Brewing Company and Prairie Berry Winery Taproom just opened, offering a range of both beer and wine. The main taproom also has select items from the Prairie Berry Winery’s Kitchen, such as flat-grill sandwiches and thick-crust focaccia pizzas.
