Review:

Filoli is a National Register of Historic Places-listed country house in Woodside, overseen by the National Trust for Historic Preservation as a living history museum and formal gardens. The 16-acre country house estate was originally constructed between 1915 and 1917 by William Bowers Bourn II, the president of Spring Valley Water Company.

Since 1975, the estate has been open to the public for guided and self-guided tours, exploring areas such as the estate's Wedding Place, which served as the wedding site for its previous owner Berenice Roth, and interior areas showcased in major films and television series such as Dynasty and George of the Jungle.

Other attractions include the Quail's Nest Cafe, which serves up a seasonally-rotating menu and espresso-based beverages, and the Clock Tower Shop, which sells Filoli-inspired merchandise and gifts.
