Rock Candy Tours is a tour company that offers music history tours based on the rich music history of Macon. Throughout the years many famous musicians have called Macon home, including the Allman Brothers Band, Little Richard, James Brown, and Otis Redding. The tours travel the sidewalks of the town and visit historic street corners and buildings. Public walking tours are offered each Friday and Saturday. The Friday night tour takes advantage of a loophole in Macon's open container law and allows visitors to carry alcoholic drinks in approved containers on the tour.
