The Marion Hatcher Center is housed within a gorgeous 1835 three-story Georgian-style mansion in Augusta that was originally constructed as the private residence of John Phinizy, a wealthy 19th-century merchant and businessman. Gorgeous Antebellum-style architecture and decor makes for a grand setting within the home's lovely main house spaces, including a handsomely-decorated library, a full working kitchen, and a Rose Room that can serve as a bridal suite. Outside, perfectly-manicured gardens feature a fountain, two gazebos, and lovely concrete benches, making for great opportunities for unique wedding photography. Up to 300 guests can be housed at the facility's interior and exterior spaces.
