Located in downtown West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society is a 23-acre campus that is home to nearly 700 species of animals.

The lush tropical habitat is home to a variety of animals both local and exotic, and the zoo features a variety of permanent exhibits along with traveling educational programs.

The museum’s most notable exhibits include a Florida-specific gathering filled with creatures native to the state, a lizard house, a koala and wallaby habitat, a Tiger habitat (which also houses monkeys, tortoises, and tamarinds), and a Tropics exhibit, which is home to a variety of Central and South American animals, including moneys, anteaters, jaguars, and bush dogs.
