Persimmon Hollow Brewing Co was the vision of homebrewers Andy Sistrunk and Robbie Carelli, who opened the downtown DeLand brewery in 2014. The brewery is located within the city’s hip SoNY neighborhood, which is also home to a variety of arts studios, boutiques, and a regular Friday night open-air market.
Core taproom beers include the brewery’s Daytona Dirty Blonde Ale, Beach Hippie IPA, Paddle Wheeler Red Ale, Vacation Wheat American Wheat Ale, and 3 Wise Guys Coffee Porter.
Red and white wines are also served at the pet-friendly taproom, which hosts events such as trivia nights and yoga groups.
Visitors are welcome to purchase food at the adjacent Neighbors Artisan Taquiera or bring in their own outside food.
