Review:

The Cohanzick Zoo in Bridgeton was the first zoo to open in the state of New Jersey and has been around since the year 1934. Located within a 1,100-acre city park, the small zoo is home to almost one hundred mammals and birds from throughout the world. Visitors can find a variety of animal residents at the quaint zoo, such as gibbons, leopards, bears, tigers, Asiatic black bears, and many others. The Cohanzick Zoo is open from 9:00am until 5:00pm daily during the spring and summer, and from 9:00am until 4:00pm during the fall and winter.
