The Marine Mammal Stranding Center in Brigantine, New Jersey is home to the Sea Life Museum, which provides visitors of all ages with an opportunity to learn about a variety of marine life. Founded in 1978, the Marine Mammal Stranding Center is the state’s only rescue facility that handles injured and sick marine wildlife, such as sea turtles, seals, dolphins, and whales. Life-size replicas of marine mammals, sea turtles, and several different game fish are housed at the center as well.
