Review:

Park City Mountain Resort is a ski resort that opened in 1963 as Treasure Mountain. Renamed as Park City Mountain Resort in 1996, it is a popular resort with skiers from all over the world and serves as the training course for slalom and giant slalom runs for the U.S. Ski Team.

During the 2002 Winter Olympics, the resort also hosted the men’s and women’s alpine giant slalom events as well as the snowboarding events. When Vail Resorts bought Park City Mountain Resorts and connected it by gondola with neighboring Canyons Resort, they created the largest ski area in the U.S.
