Located on Catherine Street, Schuyler Mansion is a historic museum house in Albany. Built between 1761 and 1765 for Philip Schuyler, a Revolutionary War general and a U.S. Senator, the Georgian-style brick mansion is a National Historic Landmark and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The mansion is a large two and a half story house that faces east toward the Hudson River. The interior of the historic mansion features artifacts of family members, decorative arts, furniture, and paintings, all from the 18th century. There is an orientation exhibition in the Visitor Center and guided tours are available.
