Pedernales Cellars is a 6th generation family-owned winery located in the heart of Texas’ famous Hill Country. The cellars are proud to use only sustainably farmed grapes, to produce their range of Spanish and Rhone-style wines. These include their High Plains Chenin Blanc, Texas Dry Rose and a selection of Tempranillos, Mourvedre, Grenache and several lip-smacking blends. Guests are invited to come and get a glimpse of the good life at their Tasting Room where you can enjoy wonderful views of the Pedernales River Valley as you sip your tasting flight. It is a good idea to order a cheese platter to accompany your tasting.
