Conveniently located right across the street from Colorado State University, Mugs at the Oval has been serving excellent coffee since it was established in 2010. The espresso drinks are proudly crafted with a LaMarzzoco Espresso Machine, and the coffee beans are fair trade, organic, and sourced from a local coffee roasting company. Most of the food items are sourced locally as well, including the bagels, the dairy products, and the eggs used to make homemade muffins and other tasty treats. Grab and go sandwiches, salads, and wraps are available for lunch, and there are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
