Proudly open 24.7, the Alleycat Coffee House is a friendly cafe that welcomes customers any time of the day or night. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, and there are board games and acoustic guitars for customers to borrow. The house drip coffee is a medium roast, but you can also have a made-to-order pourover with your choice of beans. All the standard espresso drinks are available, and there's a delicious selection of flavored specialty lattes as well. If you need to take a break from caffeine, you can order one of their specialty steamers or a healthy smoothie made with 100% fruit.

Housed inside a renovated farmhouse from the early 1900s, Bindle Coffee is a beautiful coffee shop that serves high-quality espresso drinks, drip coffee, and caffeine-free drinks like herbal tea and flavored steamers. There's an excellent selection of housemade baked goods and light breakfast foods, and although the selection varies from day to day, there are typically dairy-free, gluten-free, and paleo options for customers with dietary restrictions. The cafe is open Monday through Saturday, and if you simply can't live without a cup of their delicious coffee on Sunday morning, you can purchase beans to brew at home yourself.

Owned and operated by a local couple, the Butterfly Cafe was designed to breathe new life into the tiny but beautiful Butterfly Building, one of the most significant buildings in the Old Town. They offer an incredible menu of breakfast and lunch foods, including sandwiches, salads, and made-from-scratch soups, and the coffee menu includes espresso drinks, cold brew coffee, and drip coffee made with locally roasted beans. The flavored syrups are all made in-house, and there are several housemade milk alternatives as well, including a unique spicy cashew milk that's used to make one of the cafe's signature lattes.

Established in 2008, Cuppy’s Coffee and Smoothies of Fort Collins is a locally owned and operated cafe with plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. All the classic espresso drinks are available, and decaf, cold brew, and frappuccinos are available as well. Non-dairy milks are offered for a surcharge, and there's even a long list of flavor syrups to choose from, including sugar-free options. If you'd rather have a smoothie, you can choose from their menu or create your own unique flavor blend. On weekdays, the cafe also offers made-to-order sandwiches and salads for lunch as well as daily specials on select beverages.
