Brickhouse 40 is a bistro and tavern that is housed in a historic structure that was the very first brick building to be constructed in Granby in 1972. Prior to housing Brickhouse 40, the building had been everything from a general store and grocery to a hardware store and design center. Now, you can enjoy the incomparable atmosphere of Brickhouse 40 along with their friendly service and creative food. It is a favorite local gathering place and offers a unique take on foods that can’t be found anywhere else. Be sure to try the baked avocado stuffed with goat cheese, the Japanese lantern scallops coated in parmesan, and their dessert samplers which includes small portions of three of their famed desserts.
