Flying Fish GastroBar is a dining establishment driven by several values and principles: pride, passion, community, quality, and comfort. Starting out as a fine dining, high end restaurant and now more casual cuisine, this unique restaurant set out to be renowned worldwide and make the island a food destination. Since it opened in 2012, Flying Fish GastroBar has been the recipient of numerous awards over the years such as TripAdvisor “Certificate of Excellence Award” for 2015-2022 and Traveller's Choice Award for 2014-206, AAA/CAA 4 Diamond Rated for 2014-2018, and the Caribbean Journal’s “Top 10 Restaurant in the Caribbean” for 2014-2021.
