Oka National Park is located approximately 60 minutes west of Montreal on the north shore of Lake des Deux Montagnes, where it offers day-trippers a host of outdoor activities for all ages. During the summer months visitors come to enjoy a wide range of water activities including kayaking and canoeing pedal boats and sailing (on-site rentals available). There is also an on-lake water course for children older than 6 years of age. Land activities include several hiking trails which vary from easy and family-friendly to challenging. You could also explore the beautiful lake shore by bicycle. In winter the entire area is blanketed with snow and winter sports like cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, winter hiking and kick sledding provide hours of fun.
