The B Street Theatre was founded in 1986 and features a theater with 140 seats to provide the audience with an “in-your-face” or more intimate theater experience. Founded by Timothy and Buck Busfield, two brothers, the theater is focused on premiering a diverse selection of new works. Timothy directs a variety of in-house productions and is also well known for his roles in The West Wing, Sneakers, and Field of Dreams. The B Street Theatre moved to The Sofia Tsakopoulos Center for Performing Arts, a state-of-the-art complex, in 2018. The theater produces a Family Series, Mainstage Serie, and a black box series.
