Located in a beautifully converted 1910 firehouse in the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, Montrio Bistro is an eco-friendly sustainable restaurant that offers a comfortable yet classic dining experience with a rotating menu of internationally and seasonally-inspired cuisine with European and American influences. Chef Baker uses only the freshest, locally sourced and organic ingredients to create delicious dishes of sustainable seafood, prime meats, local organic salads and vegetables, and house-made desserts.
