Review:
Tantalizing taste buds with a unique mix of modern French and Vietnamese cuisines, ELYSE Restaurant is located in downtown San Jose. The interior of the restaurant is slick and modern and they boast an excellent selection of wines and cocktails to enjoy with your meal. The inspired menu offers something to suit all tastes and several of the dishes are suitable for vegetarians and can be adapted for vegans. Just a few of the delicious items include fresh lettuce-wrapped pork or vegetable spring rolls in the Vietnamese style, a brilliant Pho with Fillet Mignon, Vietnamese-style pan-seared Sea Bass and traditional Angus Rib Eye steak, just the way you like it.
